About Us

TSS USA is a licensed low voltage contractor based in Pinellas Park, Florida. We install and service structured cabling, fire alarm systems, security cameras, access control, business phone systems, paging, sound masking, and network infrastructure for commercial buildings across the Tampa Bay area — from Sarasota to Clearwater to Lakeland.

We hold a Florida EF20001466 Alarm System Contractor license and an ET Electrical Contractor license, and we carry full insurance. We're also a CommScope PartnerPRO Network member, which means our cable installations meet manufacturer warranty standards that most contractors can't offer.

Our crew handles everything from pulling Cat6A in a warehouse ceiling to programming fire alarm panels to mounting PTZ cameras on a three-story building. We don't sub out the hard stuff. The same team that shows up for the site walk is the team that terminates your patch panel and labels every drop.

We work with offices, warehouses, medical facilities, retail stores, schools, and multi-tenant buildings. Most of our clients are in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, and Sarasota counties, but we take on projects throughout Florida when the scope makes sense.

What we care about: showing up when we say we will, answering the phone when you call, and leaving a job site cleaner than we found it. We're not the cheapest bid and we're not trying to be. We're the contractor you call when the work actually has to be right.
