Gene suggested that all e-mail correspondences from the Chamber clearly say “Pinellas Park / Gateway Chamber of Commerce” in the “from” line. It should not be a personal e-mail address or “Office Management”, “Story Teller”, “Mr. Fabulous” etc. as people cannot and do not open all e-mails. It is important that the recipient know it is from the Chamber, if we expect them to respond. All agreed that this should be our S.O.P. (policy) going forward.
