(NARHA) Certification and the Riding Club will have a brief NARHA demonstration immediately following the ribbon cutting. \;

Due to limited on site parking\, Ms. Sipos had made arrangements for guests to park at Helen Howarth Park (beginning at 4pm) and be transported by horse drawn carriage to and from the event. Helen Howarth Park is located at 6301 94th Ave in Pinellas Park. \;
